I didn’t want to mention it in the review because it’s not related with this girl but this is the second bad experience with Rabbit. Around 4-5 months ago I went for massage with Aneta and although the girl did nothing wrong there was an issue and the shower didn’t had warm water. They literally brought a bucket with warm water to wash ourselves it wasn’t enough and the girl had to go get more. We missed almost half of the massage and when it was time to go, Aneta gave me 200czk and told me „The management told me to give you this for the bad experience. We are sorry but it was out of our control“. Something among those lines. Imagine having such a big issue, being 100% aware that is your own fault and giving the customer after ruining the experience 200 czk from the 2600…
