The person you have to deal with on WhatsApp has no common sense. I tell her time slots that I can go and to book if available. She sends a message with date and time. I respond ‚thanks‘ and she says:
LG: „Occupied. Next week.“
Doesn’t make sense, so I asked if that was sent to the wrong person.
LG: „Yes. You wrote back late. She’s busy.“
I told her all she had to do was ask me to confirm a second time.
LG: „Busy! Okay?? Again next week..“
LG: „Reservations can be made again on Sunday from midnight. Messages are processed on Monday morning.“
LG: „gave you time and you wrote back after 3 hours! Late..“
LG: „I don’t have to ask you for anything! If you don’t receive confirmation, you don’t have a back reserve…“
Anyways… just some really poor communication and job competency issues here.

I sent the request with specific large windows this week to book me. This was shortly after midnight and went to sleep. Scheduler messages me a date and time at 6:30am and nothing else — no request to confirm. It’s like, „are you really, really, really sure? Please confirm 10 times.
Then she drops the appointment because I didn’t respond immediately at 6:30am when the appointment is 4 days later. Crazy. Whatever. I’ve seen other girls here (I like Tyna), but now it’s not worth dealing with this bizarre scheduler person.
