Is Trans-women in prague still a taboo?

I have noticed quite a few post-op (with vaginoplasty) trans-women working in massage shops or as an Escort on Eurogirl (surprisingly very rare in Privats though) . However, they don’t identify themselves as a trans-women and advertise as a born female. After spending years in Thailand, I am pretty confident in knowing who is trans-woman and who is cis-woman at first glance. I don’t confront them about it, if I ever meet one cause they are keeping it secret. Is this still a taboo in Czech society? Wouldn’t they get more and stable clients if they advertise matching reality?
