Do you hide from your partner that you take erotic massage?

When I was in Tokyo, I was surprised to learn that many women were fine with their husbands going to sex workers (not just handjob but full sex) occasionally. Visiting hostess bars or maid cafes for a team bonding outing considered normal and a lot of guys even told their wives that they will be late because the boss is taking them to escort bars. I found reverse of this phenomenon in Thailand ie Ladies were having multiple farang (Foreigners) cash-cow boyfriends and local boyfriend/husband was completely fine with it. I wonder what's the Czech point of view about it.

Are you open to your partner about this hobby or do you always intend to keep it a secret?
