(Un)won Red Bed Massage (now Secret Place)

I don't know where to put this, the admin will move it. It is not a review of a particular masseuse, but of two salons and at the same time a warning to others.

But I have to start with my June review of Liza in Red Bed. In the following days, when the manager wrote me a thank you text for the review, we also got to the fact that Liza finished the massage a good quarter of an hour early, which was all the more unpleasant because I was robbed of a few minutes by my already slightly late arrival. And without me asking for it in any way, they offered me of their own accord to add 30 minutes to my next massage for free and a 10% discount on top of that. That was nice, I accepted with thanks and we said goodbye saying we look forward to the next time.

Then I won the massage in the raffle and Red Bed came out to me, so I was looking forward to the opposite at Liza's. And to avoid any embarrassing situations on the spot, I just made sure in advance that they had noted the extra 30 minutes with me (with the understanding that we will not use the 10% discount for the free massage, of course).

At first they wrote me back that yes, that they had the extra half hour registered with me. But after a while, I received a message that the second operator was texting me and the excuses started that they wouldn't give me the extra half hour because I arrived late then, and so on. I reminded that at that time we dealt with shortening the massage by 15 minutes at the end (end at 21:45 instead of 22:00), that they offered it to me on their own, etc., ... the height of wretchedness. In the end, they say they will give me an extra 14 minutes, OMG. With that, we concluded that OK, that it's no longer worth the guesswork and that I will have the extra 14 minutes for the massage I won (this was on Monday 8.7/4.7, I received the message of the massage win from the admin in the evening of XNUMX/XNUMX, for completeness).

Understandably, after this awkward interlude, I lost my desire for a massage and sent a message that I wouldn't be able to get to Prague in the next two weeks and I'd get back to you (while I'm going across half the country, they already knew that from the first massage, just for the record).

I tried to order again on 29.7/XNUMX, but no one responded to the text message.

So I sent it to them via WA, there was a response, but with a time that was unattainable for me due to the distance. So we agreed on Monday 5.8/12.7. evening. In the end, I had to cancel this appointment due to an illness in the family, but they agreed to postpone it by a week, to XNUMX.

When I confirmed the massage with Liza that day, just to be sure, I was told to my surprise that Liza was no longer there and would not be. Didn't they know that like a week before??

I painstakingly extracted from them that there are only masseuses from Secret Place in the store. So I tried to make an appointment with one of them, at today's originally agreed time for Liza, but they no longer responded to anything.

And after I reminded them, just to be sure, that we were supposed to implement a postponed agreed massage for free as part of the lottery win, they wrote back that the previous owner had not told them anything about it. I replied that it was not my fault and sent them a screenshot of the conversation with the win, but no one has responded to it so far (4 days).

So I cough on them and won't enjoy the win at all. And of course nothing else at Secret Place, because no one will ever see me in a salon behaving like this.

So much for my experience and a warning not only about these two salons, but also not to rely on the fact that a month for a winning massage is enough time to make an appointment. This only applies if the salon wants to make an agreement. Which, unfortunately, was no longer true of the ending Red Bed.

And a warning also against the actions of those who took over Red Bed (even if they took over ... apparently they only took over the phone number and website, there are no masseuses, only Secret Place staff are on offer). And the condition that the massage is valid for a month, unless otherwise agreed with the salon, was not violated, because we agreed on a shift of a week before the appointment. That's just for completeness.

So, instead of the joy of winning, I can only sigh that the ending salon came out on me, according to which it also went and turned out. I don't understand why they are stuffing themselves into the competition here if they have no intention of continuing. Holt salons. which have level are few.

But fortunately there are some, for example in Candy or Rabbit, I really can't imagine something like that.

PS And what about the more recent Red Bed, or Lizy: from the later negative reviews on Lizy, I got the impression that they started putting another girl on the rotation instead of her. Because what the later reviewers wrote did not fit at all, neither in appearance nor in course. Liza, who massaged me a few months ago at Red Bed and got a positive review from me, was this girl:
