Secret Place

I'm writing this post partly as positive feedback for the salon itself, partly for the audience.

The salon appeared relatively recently, and with its pricing policy, it immediately ranked above the top salons, which did not exactly elicit a positive response. I have experienced many salons that played hogo-fogo, but Secret Place is different. Mrs. Bačová (and now I don't mean this in a pejorative way at all, on the contrary, it has a positive emotional charge for me  ) is very communicative and responds favorably to constructive criticism. In the short time of its existence, it has been able to respond to a lot of customer input, and you can see an undeniable effort to improve services and eliminate shortcomings.

The most obvious improvement is in the area of ​​pricing policy, but for me, the communicativeness and willingness to talk about unpleasant comments from clients is much more important to me.

I have visited the salon twice so far, I do not claim that everything was perfect, but I see a development there for the better and I believe that this salon will be included among serious businesses such as Králíkarna, Luxury or Cukrárna.

Finally, just a description: Location in Vinohrady, Moravská Street, not a very busy place, pedestrian movement restricted by construction in the neighborhood. The client is picked up at the entrance to the house and taken to the salon. The premises of the salon look freshly renovated, a nice hall, two cozy rooms with a brick vault and adequate lighting and adequate equipment, the bathroom is shared by both rooms (it is probably the only weak point of the salon, the shower is very small, but at least it gives an excuse for closer contact with a masseuse  )

So far I have tried two masseuses and I will definitely try another one when I catch my eye again
